MOU Ceremony in Universite de Bordeaux
President Kao, Chin-Hsung visited Universite de Bordeaux on April 16th and had MOU ceremony. At the agreement ceremony, both presidents from NTSU and UBx delivered their hopes to have a cooperative relationship between the two universities in the near future.
