本校外籍生及交換生期末注意事項
Dear international and exchange students,
With the coming of Christmas season and the end of the fall semester, there are a few things that you need to know before your departure. 煩請各位師長協助通知交換生離校事宜與外籍生寒假宿舍關閉事宜，
For exchange students:
1. Please give us your flight schedule if you haven't done so. If you need transportation service to the airport, please book your flight during week days so that we'd arrange transportation for you. 尚未給我們返國航班資訊的同學請盡速將資料寄給我們。
2. Before you leave, please download and print out the school-leaving procedure sheet. Follow the instructions and have all the personnels stamped on the chart and returned it to us. Once we receive the sheet, we will issue a certification of exchange program to you. Your transcript will be mailed directly to your school's international center. This is very important to you. 請下載列印離校手續單，
For international students:
1. The dormitory will be closed from Feb. 13 (noon) to Feb. 23 (noon), 2015 due to Chinese New Year holidays. Hence, if you plan to stay in Taiwan during this period of time, please make sure you've arranged a proper place to live. 學生宿舍將於2月13日至23日關閉，假如過年期間仍在臺灣，
