Taiwan Hostfamily Program 2014
Experience Life in Northern Taiwan with a Host Family
1. Purpose
Host families in northern Taiwan have been invited to open up their homes and their lives and allow an international student currently studying in Taiwan to join their family for a weekend, to give the international students studying in Taiwan an opportunity to have more understanding of Taiwanese culture.
2. Date
Saturday September 27- Sunday September 28, 2014
3. Description
The international students will meet their host family at a meet-and-greet at Zhongshan Metro Mall - Jazz Square, entrance R10. The host family and their new family member will then have the rest of the weekend to enjoy getting to know each, and sharing their lives, their stories, and their cultures. Please see the itinerary at Attachment 1.
4. How to Apply
Please fill out the application form (Attachment 2) and send it to hostfamily@mail.stust.edu.tw.
5. Application Deadline
Monday September 22, 2014
6. Note
Your transportation to Zhongshan Metro Mall - R10 Jazz Square is your responsibility. Please be sure to arrive on time J. Shuanglian is the closest MRT station.
