MOU Ceremony in Science and Research Centre Koper
President Ping-Kun CHIU visited Science and Research Centre Koper in Slovenia on June 4th and signed the MOU with Dr. Rado Pisot, the director of ZRS Koper. At the agreement ceremony, President CHIU and Director Rado Pisot delivered their hopes to have the collaboration in scientific research between the two institutions.
